Thanks to good transport connections by car, bus and bicycle, the apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Allgäu, the land of mountains and lakes.

"Tiny Traum" ist eine umfangreich ausgestattete, gemütliche Wohnung, die sich im Herzen des Allgäus befindet, inklusive Alpenpanorama und Waldidyll. Über die Terrasse gelangst du in das Hauptzimmer, in dem sich ein kleines ausziehbares Sofa, Fernseher, Mini-Küche mit kleinem Essbereich sowie ein separates Bad mit Dusche und WC befinden. Über eine Holztreppe gelangst du unters Dach, wo sich dein Schlafplatz (Matratze 160 x 200 Meter) befindet. Einfach einziehen und wohlfühlen! :-)

Our newly renovated, modern 70 sqm attic apartment (room height mostly 2.10 m) has two bedrooms, a small bathroom with shower tub and washing machine as well as a new, well-equipped kitchen. The heart of the apartment is the large living/dining area, and the absolute highlight is the almost 40 square meter roof terrace with a grill. Free Wi-Fi and parking are a matter of course.

The small nest in the attic (4th floor, without an elevator with a partially narrow steep staircase) in Kempten old town you have all to yourself. Start the day on the roof terrace. You can easily walk to a variety of good restaurants, the pedestrian zone and thus all kinds of shopping. Car parking space right by the house. Kempten is located in the heart of the Allgäu. From here you can quickly reach the mountains, lakes and castles.
