Our modern guest studio in the south of Duisburg on the border with Düsseldorf is ideally suited for holidays in the Ruhr area and the surrounding cities as well as as a trade fair apartment when visiting the Messe Düsseldorf (approx. 10 km) or Messe Essen (approx. 15 km). The S-Bahn stations Duisburg-Rahm and Duisburg-Großenbaum are located in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The recreational area Six Lakes Plate is located in the immediate vicinity and invites you to extensive hiking.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. Our newly furnished apartment (40m2)is located on the 1st floor in our two-family house. Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

The room is perfect for a trade fair visit to Düsseldorf (about 15 km) or Essen (about 20 km). The Duisburg-Großenbaum S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Duisburg Central Station and DÜSSELDORF AIRPORT in *8 minutes* and Düsseldorf Central Station in 20 minutes. Great connection in the Ruhr area. The highway access roads to the A40, A42, A52, A59, A3 are within 5 minutes.

The apartment in Mülheim an der Ruhr (Speldorf district) is conveniently located for drivers, just a three-minute drive from the motorway. This gives you quick access in and out in all directions (A3/A40). The accommodation for up to 4 guests offers free Wi-Fi, a TV with free Netflix access, and a terrace with garden views. Room 3, with the sofa bed, is a walk-through room.

Quiet loft overlooking the river Rhine

The attic apartment (52 m²) with a living room, a bedroom with double bed (1.80m), a kitchen with plenty of space and a bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via a separate entrance. From the bedroom and living room you can be seen ships passing by on the river Rhine.
