Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

Our house is centrally located and ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Keep it simple at this centrally-located 2-room place overlooking the Bürgeralpe. In a prime location in the center of Mariazell: ✓ Approximately 25 meters to the cable car valley station. ✓ about 3 minutes' walk to the basilica The property is a starting point for many hiking trails, such as the one to the Bürgeralpe or to Lake Erlauf. The end station of the Mariazell train is approx. 15 minutes walk from the property, the bus station in the village is about 10 minutes walk.
