(8-20 people) This detached mansion, dating from 1935, is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking available. You rent the entire upper flat and part of the lower flat, including your own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and a lovely garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. Are you with less? Then please send a message before booking. Final cleaning at an additional cost if desired

Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not located in a vacation park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018, it was completely renovated and furnished with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best thing is that it is in the middle of the trees. All the freedom on our own 1100m2 property! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

This vacation home has recently been completely renovated and thus equipped with every comfort. The house has a lovely spacious garden with lots of privacy and parking space. Inside, you can enjoy a warm bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two natural swimming lakes are less than 10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and swimming. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.

To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

The houses at the park are both permanently inhabited and rented for vacation. You can go hiking, cycling and mountain biking in the area to your heart's content. Cities such as Assen, Leeuwarden and Groningen are easily accessible. The house is complete and stylishly furnished and invites you to relax with a book by the fireplace.
