D.Bus 8 fährt ca.alle 15Min. v.Hauptbahnhof & man läuft von der Wohnung ca. 10-12 Min. runter in die City sowie z. Oper/Kurhaus/Therme. Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Hang aber in 1 sehr ruhigen Gegend. Da wir zwischen 2 Städten pendeln, bieten wir die Wohnung mal zur Alleinnutzung an und mal kann es sein dass einer von uns beiden auch anwesend ist.

Our cosy flat is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful house with garden. We are located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, a quick 12 minute bus ride from the city centre - which is why you get free parking here ;) Close by: supermarket, train station, highway access , RM Congress Centre, Rhinegau. Only one restaurant nearby. IMPORTANT: No tourist tax is charged for under 18s by the city council. So pls let me know how many children are traveling with you so I can make an individual offer.

Your small residence is very bright and quietly located on the slope and the pedestrian zone can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. Otherwise, the city forest invites you for walks. You have just under 50 sqm with new kitchen, a large cozy bathroom and two bright rooms available. The large box spring bed and the shutters let you spend a quiet night. There are plenty of car parks wihin 1 minute. 300 meter for the bus stop which will bring you in the city or to the train station.
