In the protected biosphere park Wienerwald, our spacious single-family home is located in a large garden on the edge of a small village, just 20 minutes by car from Vienna. In the immediate vicinity is a large forest area, and the neighboring village is Heiligenkreuz with the famous 700-year-old Cistercian monastery. The imperial hunting lodge Mayerling (tragedy about Crown Prince Rudolf) and the thermal city of Baden with the approach through the lovely Helenental can be reached in short trips.

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.
