Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain eines 3-Parteien-Hauses, am Rande der Innenstadt auf einem großen Gartengrundstück. Das Fabrikgebäude wurde im Loftstil zuletzt 2025/26 renoviert. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer (Bett 1,80 x 2 m), einer großen Wohnküche und einem Bad. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer haben große Fenster. Zugang durch eigene Haustüre. Parkplatz vorhanden. This great apartment in the best residential area in Wetzlar offers everything you need for your stay. Quietly located, with private access and balcony, you can relax here or you can be in the city very quickly. It is just a few minutes' drive to Klinikum Wetzlar or Leica-Welt and just 200 meters to the nearest bus stop. The apartment is about 45 square meters and consists of a bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide), a living/dining room as well as kitchen, bathroom and hallway

Das Apartment liegt im EG eines ehemaligen Hotels und wurde 2017/18 komplett renoviert. Bis in Wetzlar's Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km. Gaststätte/Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.
