Wir freuen uns auf dich/euch! Die Wohnung ist Teil einer Gründerzeitvilla mit separatem Zugang und Blick in das Ruhrtal. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Orthopädischen Klinik Volmarstein, erreichbar in 2 Gehminuten. In 10 Gehminuten erreicht ihr die Burgruine Volmarstein mit einem fantastischen Blick über das Ruhrtal. Unsere Ferienwohnung verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer stehen zwei Schlafsessel.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Volmarstein Design Apartment

The apartment is on the second floor of the cozy little house in the beautiful district of Volmarstein /Grundschöttel of Wetter (Ruhr). Cyclists, hikers, families, couples and singles are equally welcome here. The Ruhr, the castle ruins and the Ruhr cycling trail are very close, as is the Volmarstein Clinic. The metropolis of Ruhr, the stadiums of Dortmund and Bochum as well as the Westfalenhallen can be easily reached by car, bus & train in about 20 minutes.
