Hier haben wir uns das Ziel gesetzt die typischen Merkmale eines Bauernhauses, wie die kleinen Sprossenfenster und Deckenbalken, bestmöglichst in das Gesamtbild zu integrieren. The newly renovated apartment in 2022 offers a covered terrace with direct access to the lovingly landscaped, park-like garden. The good location near Oldenburg and Bad Zwischenahn invites you to experience numerous excursions and adventures: discover, for the "Deutsche Fehnroute," take trips to the North Sea or the North Sea islands, or visit the Park der Gärten in Bad Zwischenahn.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

There are very good shopping facilities nearby and wonderful walks in the recreational area.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! We offer you our 3rd apartment in our beautiful estate. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished. Three rooms with two sleeping options each invite you to dream. A fully equipped fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and the living and dining area allows for cozy game evenings or TV breaks. A new bathroom with shower completes the entire concept so that everyone, from young to old, can feel comfortable.

The city center and the train station are each less than 2 km away.
