The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The bright 60 sqm apartment is intended to be a home away from home. It has its own entrance and its own garden, so you can enjoy the tranquility on the terrace undisturbed. A grill is available and 2 bicycles for excursions on the surrounding bike paths. Children are very welcome. We are happy to provide a crib and highchair. An additional sleeping option is located in the living area. From occupancy of 4, two double rooms and 2 bathrooms are available. Terraces and BBQ are free to use. Cycling and hiking trails start in front of the house, a swimming lake is 3 km away. The property is equipped with SmartTV, Wi-Fi and parking.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
