Modern and well-equipped kitchen, large cozy dining area and living area with balcony from which you have a magnificent view of the opposite mountains. - The charming apartment might not be more ideally located. The chairlift that takes you to the entire ski world awaits you only about 20 steps away from her front door. On the short distance, our partner "Ruetz" with their pre-warmed ski equipment is waiting if needed. Ski in - Ski out. In summer, all activities can be started right at the front door. The golf course is minutes away by car. 10 more golf courses are available in the region

Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

We have newly renovated a small but fine apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf, and have furnished it pretty and practical for you. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

"Das Berg 1982" apartment - which was newly built in fall 2021 within an existing building - is located in Westendorf at mid-height of the "Salvenberg". The 80sqm apartment for up to max. 5 people impresses with a unique view of the famous ski mountain "Nachtsöllberg", which is located in the middle of the ski area "Wilder Kaiser Brixental". The highlight of the apartment is the free "spa area" with hot-pot and sauna for private use.
