The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander Tour and several restaurants and shopping are just 5-15 minutes away. A Kurig with coffee & tea.

This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.
