Beautiful Traditional Devon Farmhouse set within 480 acres of our own rolling countryside within the Tamar Valley AONB. The annex is a self contained wing at one end of our rambling, wisteria covered 'shabby chic' property and a short walk across the terrace to the hot tub. A working farm and historic estate. Within easy reach of stunning Cornish beaches and Dartmoor, yet close to Plymouth City. The National Trust properties Buckland Abbey, Cothele and Saltram House are all under 10 miles away.

Quiet setting in Wembury village with rural views and sea glimpses from the property. 5-10 mins walk to the beach and Southwest Coastpath and many other rural walks nearby. Beach has a cafe and loos, and is popular for surfing, kayaking and other water sports. The annexe has six steps up to a small area of decking to the front, and access to a large patio and garden to the rear; free street parking. The village has a pub and shop and a bus service to/from Plymouth just outside the property.
