Newly Refurbished Spacious Flat : Highclere

A newly refurbished flat on the edge of the Highclere castle estate. The flat is attached to our family home. We are in the middle of the village of Highclere on a country lane with many beautiful walks on the doorstep. The accommodation is within walking distance of our local pub 'The Red House' which serves delicious food and takeaways. A 10 minute drive from Newbury and all its amenities. As well as Highclere Castle, we are ideally located for Newbury Races & Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery.

Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this little retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub just 50m from the doorstep that serves food most days (please check) but there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

A private and extremely comfortable furnished converted barn in a quiet rural and beautiful setting. The barn has its own entrance with an open-plan sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen. Please let us know if you would like any breakfast, but we will leave milk tea and coffee. Comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and single room with ensuite upstairs. We can add an extra futon for a child in the single room so the whole space can fit a family of four.

Thatched Grade ll property in Ashford Hill

A detached, Grade ll, 200 year old thatched cottage in the small village of Ashford Hill, close to Newbury. My husband Andy and I own this one bedroom cottage, which has been carefully furnished and has parking and a small dedicated outdoor space.. It is an ideal base to explore the local area. Guests can visit Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), attend the races at Newbury Race Course or enjoy the walks in the surrounding area including Watership Down.

Rose Cottage

Rose cottage is in a stunning location in the countryside surrounded by fields just below the ridgeway and 1 mile outside the historic market town of Wantage. It is the perfect starting point for walking, running and riding along the beautiful ridgeway. You will need your own car as there is no public transport nearby but there is plenty of parking outside the house and we can recommend good local taxi companies if necessary.
