Gemütliches Apartment mit separater Küche in Starnberg für maximal 2 Personen. Mein Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in einer Privatstrasse. Das Apartment ist hell und gemütlich im 2. Stock meiner Doppelhaushälfte mit Blick ins Grüne. In 10 Gehminuten ist der S- Bahnhof Starnberg- Nord (650 m entfernt), mehrere Supermärkte (auch Bio), Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte zu erreichen. Der Starnberger See und die Innenstadt Starnbergs ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt, wo sich viele Restaurants befinden.

Two-story 54 sqm apartment in Widdersberg near Herrsching, nestled in beautiful nature. A cozy apartment with private entrance, east terrace, garden and west balcony in a very quiet location on the outskirts of town, ideally suited for 1-2 adults. Ecological construction, very high-quality furnishings with attention to detail. The DG apartment (2nd floor) is in an ideal location with good connections to Munich (S8, about 30 min to the city center), or as a starting point to all lakes in the 5 lakes country, the Upper Bavarian castles or for hiking tours in the Allgäu. Please note that the apartment is not suitable as an apartment with infant. All children count as guests. If you are traveling with infants / infants, please inform us in advance. The more than a hundred years old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private branch road. The lake with good swimming opportunities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

In the family house is the condo "Gemütliches Eck" with 30 m² on the beautiful Lake Wörth. The property is located on a hill and can be reached from the main road. Ideal for nature lovers. The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. From now on, also SUP board rental. Inquire at least one day in advance.

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Parking is available in front of the house on the street. By car, it is just under 5 minutes to the nearest bakery / supermarket. Note: We have a dog.
