Die Gartenhaus-Sauna und Fahrräder sind gegen eine geringe Gebühr benutzbar. Die reizvolle Stadt Oldenburg (15 km) bietet viel Kultur inklusive Schloss und Theater und ist ebenso beliebt für seine Shopping Angebote.

Spacious farm

Das alleinstehende, reetgedeckte, ca. 200m2 große Bauernhaus mit einem naturnahen, parkähnlichen Garten bietet viel Platz für Personen. Es verfügt über 2 Bäder, 5 Schlafzimmer, ein ca. 75 m² großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit gemütlichem Kamin sowie eine ca. 70 m² große Diele mit Tischtennisplatte, sodass auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine Langeweile aufkommt. Eine Sauna ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Weserstrand ist nur 3 km entfernt. Bis zu 2 Haustiere sind willkommen (25€/Woche). Nicht-Raucher-Haus.

Small, idyllically located half-timbered house in the countryside on a park-like property. Cozy living room with open kitchen and small separate bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor. Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes can be reached via small stairs. Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

Hankhausen apartment with ecological aspects. Clay plaster and terracotta tiles form the basis for a cozy apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. My partner and I live downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

Small cottage in the countryside

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully appointed small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fireplace can be used. Each by arrangement. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10,- is to be paid on site.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland!
