The apartment (68 square meters) is located on the outskirts of Oldenburg and has a sauna (coin machine), modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, Blu-ray player. It is located on the upper floor of a detached house and can be reached via the external staircase (private access). The washing machine is in the private bathroom. Sleeping accommodations are located in the spacious bedroom (double bed, space for a children's travel bed), passage room (extra bed) and in the living/bedroom (sofa bed, 2 people).

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Tiny House nah am Nationalpark

Our lovingly furnished tiny house offers a cozy atmosphere to relax. The salty air of the North Sea, horse pastures and fields, the Wadden Sea National Park nearby and many excursion options (Moorwald, Jader Park, dreamy small ports, seawater spring bath in the North Sea resort of Dangast, the floating moor...). We live close to nature, our two (very dear) dogs and chickens walk through the garden, birdsong is omnipresent. If you are looking for peace, you will find it here!

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully furnished small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fire pit can be used. Each by appointment. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10.00 is to be paid on site.

A chic bathroom with its own sauna, bathtub and floor-level shower area as well as 3 TV-free bedrooms with box spring beds and real sleep time extension, thanks to blackout pleats, are located on the upper floor of the house. There is plenty of closet space for the vacation wardrobe.

The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Space, no traffic noise, horses in the immediate vicinity and 1 km away various shops and restaurants, 2 km away the Weserpromenade. The apartment contains two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchenette and a terrace. In the room with the infrared cabin, a baby or air bed could also be set up. Ideal for cycling or discovering the North Sea, Oldenburg or Bremen

The detached, thatched, approx. 200 m² farmhouse with a natural, park-like garden offers plenty of space for people. It has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a 75 m² living/dining room with a cozy fireplace and a 70 m² hallway with a ping pong table, so that even in bad weather there is no boredom. A sauna is also available. The Weser beach is only 3 km away. Up to 2 pets are welcome (€25/week). Non-smoking house.
