My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 square meters over 2 floors on the upper ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement to the garden with small Terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are living room with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can also be used. Baker, Bus and train station (8 min. to the main train station) are 300 m away.

This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building from around 1900. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) can also be easily reached. You can walk to the nearest tram stops in about 5 minutes. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with WiFi access ! However, no super fast fiber optic cable ! Not selectable here in the center!

The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
