Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

From now on we offer you an approx. 40 sqm residential apartment in a quiet residential area, but convenient to A1 and the industrial area (Obi headquarters). It can accommodate 2 persons (max 4 persons). Due to the ideal location on the A1 between the Ruhr area and the Rhineland, all industrial locations can be reached relatively quickly by car. There are also wonderful excursions in the Bergisches Land from here. Whether by car/motorcycle/bicycle or also for hiking friends.

The cozy apartment in the quaint old town of Lennep is in the heart of the city, the market square. The amenities are extravagant for those who love something special. Bus and train, as well as everything you need for everyday needs of every requirement, is within walking distance. A parking space in the old town parking garage can be booked on request. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.
