In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Our apartment with garden is located at the foot of the Tennen Mountains and Hohenwerfen Castle. (Near the train) The 65 square meter garden apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed as well as a large living-dining room with a double bed on a platform. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the fridge to the toaster to the coffee maker. The bathroom features a rain shower and a separate bathtub. A large garden and separate entrance complete the apartment.

You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

A shower as well as an extra washing facility are integrated. The special gem is our sauna, which is also located on this level. A cooking corner with a small kitchen cabinet, a hot plate, and the most important utensils are also ready for you. A few steps behind the house, a beautiful terrace awaits you for cozy, mild evenings. A staircase leads down to the stream. In the upper area is the bedroom with a double bed and the guest bed.
