Charming apartment in old building villa in a great location. Exposed roof beams and cool roof terrace with View of the countryside. Large living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms with views of the sky and an African-themed bathroom with large tub for relaxing. Garden with beautiful large linden tree for use. All around beautiful villas and lots of greenery. Reinbek Castle with lake 10 min. walk. Golf course 10 minutes, shopping within walking distance and yet quiet. 8 min. walk to the S-Bahn and 25 min. to Hamburg main station.

Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

We recently moved to Wohltorf with our family and are now renting out our beautiful, quiet and renovated granny apartment. Wohltorf is located in the beautiful Sachsenwald. It is only a few minutes' walk to the forest. Nearby is the Tonteichbad. The S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away and you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 28 minutes. Reinbek and Bergedorf can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Here you are in the middle of nature.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways.
