Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the Welsh hills, it’s a walkers paradise or simply a relaxing place to get away from it all listening to the stream at the end of the garden. For 2024 we have introduced a hot tub so after a hard day walking you can relax in the hot tub overlooking the river. If you need to work from the cottage we now have Starlink. This will enable our guests to have brilliant internet use to complete pieces of work or just browse your socials!

It’s a good place to get away from it all as it’s a half mile up a steep track from the nearest road. We think it is a special place and we hope you will think so too.

Penylan farmhouse is part of a large Georgian house built in the late 18th century alongside the beautiful Vyrnwy river valley overlooking Meifod in Montgomeryshire, Mid Wales, with 6 bedrooms, room for friends and families from any number up to 12 people.
