Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. Weinberg-Lahn House in Obernhof (Lahn) / Nassau

In the large and unique accommodation, you will feel right at home. With views over the Lahn and Arnstein monastery in the background, you can enjoy the spacious balcony endlessly. The single-storey house is in the middle of the vineyards of Obernhof in the Nassau Nature Park. Directly on the hiking trail to the "Goethepunkt" viewpoint and the "Klettersteig". 300 meters away from the station and the canoe rental. Above the house is a vegetable garden with a sun terrace. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Anyone who has always wanted to spend a nice time in a half-timbered house will find our favorite place in Winden, our half-timbered vacation home from the 17th century. century. You have space for 10 people and can explore the Westerwald from here. It has 5 bedrooms each with a double bed, a dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a small, cozy living room. From here it is not far to Koblenz, Limburg, Frankfurt or Cologne.
