Note - It's time for an upgrade! The house is getting all new windows and siding. Things might be a little bit mismatched outside and the exterior color is changing to green. Two blocks from the Sandy River in quiet Timberline Rim neighborhood, the old growth yard allows you feel like you've escaped to a tranquil retreat! Pull up the covers with our high thread-count sheets and plush duvets! Spacious queen bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet. Queen bedroom with access to patio and wooded backyard, (owner's favorite!) Bunkroom with comfortable oversized full bed on bottom, twin on top. Well supplied kitchen. Outdoor grill. 20 minute drive to skiing. Restaurants and groceries are just a short drive away. Washer and dryer This home is along the school bus route. Roads are usually plowed and well maintained. Bring towels for the hot tub Dogs considered. Due to allergies, no cats, please.

Less than an hour from Portland, this quiet cabin in the woods is the perfect place to come home to after a day of skiing, hiking, golfing or whatever fun activity you found on Mt. Hood! It sits on 1.5 acres that backs up to the forest. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games to keep you occupied while at the cabin as well. The fire pit is great for roasting marshmallows and the hot tub provides relaxation after a fun day on the mountain.

The Woodlands House sits on five acres of an old growth private forest. The home itself is a beautiful 4 bedroom home with two outdoor decks surrounded by towering pine trees. It's the perfect place to get out of the city and disconnect in nature, or to use as your base for all the PNW adventures. It's a quick 30 min drive to Mount hood or the entrance to the Colombia Gorge, and only 45 min from PDX Airport.
