Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. Lakes, hiking trails (including Jacobsweg), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

Arrive in the Moosmühle and feel good. Our Loft-Hauchenberg is a "loft-like new apartment. It tempts you to feel right at home. Make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room and enjoy the view of the unobstructed nature. The apartment has a large flat screen TV + free WiFi+fully automatic coffee machine. IMPORTANT! We will rebuild the garden for you. That's why the outdoor area is currently only partially usable . Planned completion in summer 2025.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about a 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many attractions. e.g.: to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Great as a stop Over. The airports Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich, Zurich are well connected to public transport.

There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

We would like to welcome you to the new *das Franz*. The new apartments were furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our carpenter Franz has refurbished the old beams of the original farmhouse and, in combination with modern oak wood, has crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern furnishings, with lots of real wood and pleasant earth tones, ensure a feel-good atmosphere.

[2] Vacation apartment on the organic farm

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. Until March 2024, organic hay milk was produced. Now, due to our retirement, we limit ourselves to raising cows and producing hay for organic hay milk. The cowshed can be visited by appointment during the winter months. Families welcome! A baby bed & high chair can be provided. Outdoor furniture can also be used. Also a swing and sandbox.
