Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Enjoy your time out in this beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure activities here :-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course. In winter, a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail are prepared. Lakes, hiking trails (including the Way of St. James), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not too far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

The picturesquely located and very quiet village of Kreuzthal in Allgäu is attractive in all seasons. Ideal for sports activities, whether hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing or mountain biking. In the summer you can swim in the free public swimming pool (200 m away) or in the Eschacher Weiher; in winter the nearest trails or ski resorts are not far away. Arrive at the Moosmühle and feel good. Our Loft-Hauchenberg is a "loft-like new apartment. It makes you feel good immediately. Make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room and enjoy the view of the unspoiled nature. The apartment has a large flat-screen TV + free Wi-Fi + coffee machine. IMPORTANT! We are rebuilding the garden for you. That's why the outdoor area is currently only partially usable. Scheduled completion summer 2025.

The small app. "Argen" is our smallest, but it doesn't need to hide. It has everything you need to feel good, even a dishwasher. Since the bed has a width of 120 cm, it is designed for one person. However, there would also be room for another person on the pull-out sofa bed. It is especially nice that you enter the apartment directly from our small courtyard, where you can also enjoy the sun.
