The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our apartment is located 4 km from beautiful Lindau. It offers the ideal base for trips to Lake Constance, the Allgäu, Austria or Switzerland. Extensive walks are possible from the apartment in the adjacent forest. It is also well located for hiking, cycling, motorcycling, swimming or skiing. An Edeka market with a bakery that is also open on Sundays can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has a balcony overlooking two ponds.
