Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A Labrador and three cats live on the property. Adjacent are 4 cows. Bus stops are a 15-minute walk away. The recommended island of Lindau can be reached from here in 30 minutes.

This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Holiday cottage located on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, you can walk relatively steeply up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest for about 100 m.
