Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung in bester Lage von Bruchsal! Die Unterkunft vereint zentrale Nähe mit ruhiger Umgebung. In nur etwa 15 Minuten erreichen Sie das Stadtzentrum bequem zu Fuß, mit dem Auto sind es sogar nur rund fünf Minuten. Gleichzeitig genießen Sie hier die direkte Feldrandlage, perfekt für entspannte Spaziergänge, Joggingrunden oder einfach eine kleine Auszeit im Grünen direkt vor der Haustür. Das Haus liegt in Hanglage, deshalb gibt es einige Treppen.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation on the 3rd floor of our ecological wooden house. All rooms are generously proportioned and convey a feeling of open space thanks to the high ceilings. In the bathroom there is a large bathtub next to the shower. There is also a washing machine. On the large south-facing balcony, you can relax wonderfully in the shade of the walnut tree. In the living room there is a cozy sofa and a 55-inch TV with its own Netflix access.
