Perfect for vacationers and business travelers who appreciate comfort and central location. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a completely renovated Wilhelminian style house.

A bright 3-room apartment in a nice location awaits you! The newly renovated ground floor apartment has a terrace and rental bicycles (for 10.00/day/bicycle to rent additionally). Built in 1926, the well-maintained apartment building is located on the western edge of Weimar city center, which is easily accessible on foot within 15 minutes. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The new Bauhaus Museum and the popular Weimarhallenpark are within walking distance of about 10 minutes.

Facing south and overlooking the countryside, "Dr. Ritter" is a spacious 3-room apartment in the 100-year-old Haus Am Lottenbach building. Beautiful old houses line our 30-kilometer-per-hour street. Here, you can park for free or walk in 15 minutes to the National Theater in the old town. Alternatively: Our bus stop is located at the shopping center, which is 2 minutes away and has a Tegut supermarket, Denns organic market, DM drugstore, pharmacy, ATM, and EV charging station.

Nice apartment in the residential area, close to the city center

The apartment is about 40 square meters and is close to nightlife, public transport, parks and the city center. There are nice people, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, peace and quiet and a beautiful environment. My place is good for couples and children, 2-3 people. It is too small for more than 2 adults!!! A crib may be available. Please ask. TV, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Wi-Fi is available to use!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Shopping, doctors, train station and bus are a 5-minute walk. The apartment is spacious and equipped with the most important things. A great place to feel good for short and long-term trips. There are 2 bedrooms. A double bed which is 160 cm wide and one that can also be extended to 160 cm. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated here.
