In a few steps, you are in the hiking and cycling area at the Drei Gleichen with geological features and playgrounds and by car quickly in the Thuringian cultural cities and in the Thuringian Forest.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The basement vault was converted into living space and now reflects the flair of the old town. The apartment is very centrally located. The old town can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There are several shops in the area (Lidl, Aldi), as well as a gym and a laundromat.
