Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Farm Apartment 1 - Gate to the Wine Paradise

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two persons. Ideal starting point for bike tours or hikes in the beautiful wine paradise of Franconia and the Steigerwald. A feeder road to the Way of St. James leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg, Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The lovingly furnished apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is a non-smoking residence. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the historic old town. Many sights or excursion destinations in and around Rothenburg can be found in the information folder that is available in our holiday apartment. At the moment there is a construction site behind the house, so there may be construction noise.
