Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

Situated in Suffolk between Bury St Edmunds and Thetford, The Mill B&B is a home away from home for travelling professionals, nature lovers and outdoor sports nuts. We are ideally located for access to Lavenham, Snetterton and Euston Hall, as well as the Peddars' and Icknield Ways. The Mill dates from around 1850 and is an extension of our home. It is relaxed and comfortable, with all the touches you would expect from a high end B&B. You can rent a room or reserve The Mill B&B as a whole.

It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Dunford Cottage was originally four 19th Century farm workers cottages, now modernised and split into two, with the Hosts living in the adjoining cottage.
