A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city can be reached very quickly. The ground floor was extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travellers.

With the best location, just one minute via Hamburg's Elbchausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (right outside the door) to the creative district of Ottensen and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city.

The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

Beautiful miniloft, very well equipped, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks grounds, with beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the zero-facing clay production, which had an old bunker complex converted into 11 beautiful offices and minilofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and BAB 7, exit Bahrenfeld is less than 4 minutes away.

Beautiful two-room apartment at the gates of Hamburg. By public transport you can reach the city center of Hamburg in about 1/2. A bus stop is right outside. Halstenbek train station with free P+R parking is about 3 minutes away by car. The airport can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Free parking for guests is right on the side street. We are welcome to park at our place for unloading and inviting.

Netflix included. :) And for those who love the hustle and bustle: Hamburg city center is not far away. Half an hour and you're in the middle of the action. For up to 2 people. The location at the beginning of the Altes Land provides a perfect base for exploring by bike or car, both the Altes Land and Hamburg. Discover the Elbe river idyll and enjoy your stay in our Elbe nest.

Farmhouse “Lillebroers“ in the Altes Land

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!

There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.
