It is an apartment. The shower is located directly outside of the room and is enclosed. There is a path to the beach at the end of my street. This room is great for couples or friends. It’s a great place to kick back and chill. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, sound, and bike/walking path on the hwy.

Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment.
