Walk score of 94 (!): many coffee shops, tea cafes, restaurants galore, unique local shops, grocery market, bus and light rail access, wildlife refuge, river beach, amusement park, indoor roller rink and 3 city parks with playgrounds. So much to LOVE about Sellwood!
