Light, airy one bedroom apartment in zone 1 located in a stylish block with a spectacular city view of London in the heart of Borough and Bankside SE1. Closest tube stations (5 minutes away) are Southwark (Jubilee line) and Borough (Northern Line). Also 8 minutes walk from Waterloo Station (Northern/Bakerloo/Jubilee lines). The flat is comfortable and light with a stylish open plan kitchen/living room area which has its own private balcony with a skyline view of London and that also overlooks a private courtyard. Airport, free wireless internet, 37" TV. There is a large, bright double bedroom that offers a view of The London Eye. The modern, stylish, fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine. There is a spacious white bathroom with shower and bathtub. Nearby attractions: 10 min walk to Tate Modern. 15 min walk to the London Shard. Also within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Bankside, London Bridge, Borough Market, aswell as the BFI, The Old Vic, The Young Vic, The Globe Theatre, National Theatre, Hayward Gallery, Royal Festival Hall and The Imperial War Museum. All within 15 minutes walk. The apartment is also located with easy access to The City and Liverpool Street- a quick 15 minute bus or bikeride away. The apartment block has a Co-operative supermarket on the ground floor (street level) of the building that is open until 11pm every night for groceries and supplies. Or a Tesco metro 1 minute up the street. There is also a Post Office and a great Café (previously voted No.1 cafe in London by Time Out magazine) all within the building. If Starbucks is more your style there is one 5 mins away on Borough High Street. Boris Bikes are located on both sides of the apartment block. It is a 15 min cycle to Covent Garden and Soho, or a 25 minute walk over the river. For keen cyclists there is a secure bike shed in the building's private carpark should you wish to rent and store your own bikes. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor balcony. Weekly sublets are also welcome. Fresh linen, towels, bedding and shower products are provided. A hairdryer and an iron/ironing board is also available.

The flat has a lot of natural daylight and modern style featuring a separate bedroom, bathroom and a living area/kitchen facing the private outdoor space with an amazing view! Its located in a buzzy area and the soundproofing is great once windows are shut! Heating/Air-con. The perfect stay 🩷 Very close to the best restaurants and transport - Bus, Old street tube, Liverpool street station and Shoreditch overground within walking distance of 0-10min.

A lovely spacious 2 bed apartment, suitable for families and couples. Situated right on the River Thames, short distance to Chiswick and Kew Gardens ( perfect for the Xmas lights) Lots of transport links right by the property with links to all parts of a London. Conveniently situated close to Heathrow so own transport is not essential, although if driving there is onsite underground paid parking available (outside ULEZ zone) Plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
