Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Geheel voorhuis Uitdam

Zie de zon opkomen boven het meer tijdens een verfrissende ochtendduik, en ondergaan bij een knisperend vuurtje boven de uitgestrekte weilanden. Nieuw voorhuis aan de Zeedijk in Uitdam met uitzicht op het Markermeer en een tuin met uitzicht over de weilanden. Geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en twee (jonge) kinderen. Het prachtige Uitdam ligt op een steenworp afstand van Amsterdam (20 minuten). Wissel een bezoek aan de stad af met activiteiten in de natuur zoals wandelen, fietsen en watersporten.

De ruime tuin grenst aan een afgesloten binnentuin, perfect voor kinderen. Gelegen in een fijne buurt met leuke restaurants en winkels vlakbij en uitstekende OV-verbindingen naar het centrum. Get cozy and settle into this rustic space in a quiet and historic village and be in down town Amsterdam in 15 minutes. The place is situated in the center of an old 16th century Dutch village. It is a five minute walk to the bus station and a 10 minute bus ride to Amsterdam. Buses go very frequent. It has all the comfort you need for a longer stay including cooking facilities and a washing machine. Obviously free wifi an acces to various TV streaming services.

This old-Dutch farm house is situated on a little island with it's own bridge. With the city on a 15 minutes distance, you'd be surprised of the calm and serene atmosphere. We offer the use of an electric boat to explore the surroundings. The surrounded nature is ideal for ice skating, cycling and boat trips. We have a canoe you can use in front of the house. LET OP: 17 t/m 21 september alleen bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer!!! In het oude centrum van karakteristiek Broek in Waterland een nieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Eigen toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag

Studio in Amsterdam Area: "Horizon Hideaway"

Brand new! Very tastefully decorated studio with panoramic views in a rural area, yet a stone's throw from Amsterdam. The studio is located in the garden of a beautiful modern houseboat (which can sometimes also be booked during the summer holidays, if you're lucky!) on the other side of the Broekervaart and borders the meadows. The studio is accessible by its own private cable ferry. Free parking is available directly on the dike opposite the plot.

The apartment got totally renovated 5 years ago into a sweet vintage jazzy crib :) You can play vinyls or listen to the birds in the nice private garden. The apartment is located in Amsterdam North. 15 min by bike or 20 min by public transport from Amsterdam Central Station. Supermarkets around the corner and surrounded by beautifull nature.
