The adjoining kitchenette includes a loo, basin, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. A delicious breakfast can be prepared by the host and served in a private kitchen, separate from the guests’ annexes.

We have a large quiet comfortable home to share with you. A bright and airy double room, with its own private bathroom. Comfy lounge or conservatory can be used. We provide a light breakfast. A full breakfast can be provided with notice - at a small fee. Ample parking in front of the house and an EV charging point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have two rooms on AirBNB if extra room required.

2 Little Orchard is situation in Stanton, one of the prettiest and unspoilt villages in the Cotwolds. The Mount Inn is a 10 minute walk away and has stunning view and wonderful home cooked food. Broadway is just under 3 miles away with more pubs, cafes and shops. Stratford on Avon is the regions cultural centre with its theatre and Shakespearian heritage, and Cheltenham is approx. 11 miles away with excellent shopping, many wonderful restaurants and of course the famous race course

I live in the converted stables, of a Hunting Lodge built in 1896 and which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is listed and the village is a conservation area just within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is stone built with a lovely pub. Great walks over the Dassett Hills. Nearby towns are Banbury, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford upon Avon. Jaguar Landrover, Gaydon and Aston Martin are 4 miles away. Parking available off the road.
