Ample parking in front of the house and EV point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). Stratford 14 miles , Cheltenham 17miles and easy access to the popular villages

Broadway is just under 3 miles away with more pubs, cafes and shops. Stratford on Avon is the regions cultural centre with its theatre and Shakespearian heritage, and Cheltenham is approx. 11 miles away with excellent shopping, many wonderful restaurants and of course the famous race course

Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
