Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

Welcome to The Old Dairy! A beautifully converted barn, close to Charlecote Park, 3 miles from Shakespeare's Stratford and a short drive to the Cotswolds and the NEC Birmingham. On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Warwick train station is a 5 minute walk with direct, fast trains to London and Birmingham. Warwick is an ideal base if you want to visit Birmingham, and Stratford, the home of William Shakespere. The kitchen is fully equipped for catering for small groups and has a small dining space for 4.
