This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. This 2 person River Place Studio is located on the historic Newburgh riverfront with a short walk to the areas' best restaurants, cafe's and boutiques. Enjoy beautiful river views on the private deck overlooking the Ohio river and God's Garden. Take a leisurely walk on the scenic Rivertown Trail in front. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, washer, dryer, high speed internet, flat screen TV with Netflix/YouTube TV. 2 people max, no visitors. Strictly enforced.

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a full size bed.. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

You will be welcomed by 3,400 square foot updated home. Great for families, and business travelers yet cozy enough for 2-4 as downstairs sleeps up to 4, full bath, dedicated work space. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, bedroom suite great for kids, 1 full bed and bunk beds full bottom, twin top. Trundle under bunk beds only for toddler. Please review photos as house sleeps 11, we only have 7 beds, 3 being in kids suite. Game room w/ PacMan, toys. Have central air & heat.
