A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath Entry to the property by lockbox. Both are easily accessible via car, public transport and bicycle. The summerhouse consists of a double bedroom and a separate shower room, with sink and toilet. It is accessible via a private gate located at the back of the garden. There is also free on street parking in a cul-de-sac location.

The upper floor has two bedrooms, and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathroom has bath, separate shower wc etc.
