Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

The apartment is located 30 m from the lake in the 200-year-old horse stable of the manor house. It was expanded in 2018 with a lot of clay and love. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free private sauna, large kitchen with fireplace and a terrace with beautiful views of the lake. From the jetty you can fish, swim or watch birds. There is free canoe, paddle boat, SUP, adventure playground with tree swing, fireplace, table tennis table, badminton, beach chair and sun loungers.

The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

Get back in touch with nature at this incomparable retreat. Enjoy the view of the horses, ponies, chickens, ducks or just the wild birds. In the conservatory, the view in all directions is simply beautiful and in good weather, while lingering on the terrace, you can certainly hear a horse smacking. Just 3 km away is a supermarket and 7 km to downtown Wismar. Everything can also be reached via a bike path.
