Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

This high-quality furnished apartment in the quiet district of Deichshausen is perfect for couples or families. Shopping about 1 km away, free street parking, spacious terrace in the countryside. The Wesermarsch right outside the front door and the nearby rivers Weser, Ochtum and Ollen invite you to take bike tours, walks or inline skating tours. Good location on the Weser bike path. Oldenburg and Bremen can be reached in just 30-40 minutes by car.

There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
