Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the Mecklenburg Lake District far away from the tourist hot spots. The cottage is located directly on the lake with a private jetty and boat. It is somewhat hidden on the edge of the village of Wanzka, where there is an old monastery. The monks have certainly already appreciated the tranquility and the unique location in the middle of two lakes. Even if you are completely undisturbed here, any accompanying kids will quickly find a connection at the nearby bathing spot of the village.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

We rent this beautiful apartment in our large, rustic farmhouse, which we have lovingly renovated exclusively with natural building materials. The apartment faces southeast and you can have breakfast in the morning sun. It has everything you need for cooking and when the moon rises you can light a small fire in the garden. In the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are an incredible number of great lakes and you can go cycling & hiking. Blankensee/Meckl. even has a train station.

Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by old trees on a large property, your carefully renovated apartment is on the second floor of the old Warbende parsonage. In the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District - with a private sauna on the edge of the field. In your apartment, there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. Pure relaxation in the middle of the Müritz National Park by the lake. The apartment is located in a small village near the town of Neustrelitz. In the house, in addition to this apartment, there are two other apartments that are used by the owner. However, each party has its own entrance and parking space. In front of the house is a large garden with an adjoining lake that you can use. Hiking, cycling, fishing and much more is possible here!

Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people on two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bikes can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher shop and a canoe rental.
