The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.
