Hello everyone, If you are looking for a studio to enjoy your stay and discover our beautiful Valenciennes region, this studio is ideal. Only 3 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes from Place d'Armes and its many bars, restaurants and the shopping center. The apartment is comfortable and well-kept in a fairly quiet area; you will appreciate its cozy atmosphere! PS: OUT OF RESPECT FOR TRAVELERS WHO WILL FOLLOW, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
