From here, you can not only take beautiful hikes and excursions in the southern Harz, but also use the wide cross-country ski network in winter and go on mountain bike tours in summer, go shopping in Braunlage (12 minutes by car) or relax in the nearby forest pool.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.
