Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

The 40 sqm WILD&COZY apartment is a modern, new apartment in the WILD&COZY vacation home with an open floor plan and the latest furnishings in a quiet location. A very warm ambience was created with a lot of love for detail. A special feature is the private parking right in front of the private entrance and the large private terrace. Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

The vacation home in Harztor/Ilfeld is idyllically located on the edge of the forest on a 2000 sqm garden plot opposite the main house. Car parking on the premises, charging facilities for electric vehicles and bicycle garage are available. Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as hikers, skiers, bikers, motorists or leisurely with the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. We offer you a very well equipped, bright & modern apartment in a quiet location, not far from the Hasseröder Ferienpark with sauna and swimming pool and the Harzer narrow-gauge railway. The apartment has a bright living area. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine and reclining chair. On the upper floor is the quiet sleeping area. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace or end the day with a barbecue.

The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.

Our vacation home is built around 1800 and completely renovated by us. It combines German charm with Dutch cosiness. From the bedrooms you look out over the town, from the living room you can see the huge garden and the mountains behind it.

Take a look at the photos: Our house is a feel-good place in the countryside and yet you can reach all the highlights of the area very quickly by car. On foot it is approx. 20 minutes to the small pedestrian zone of Bad Harzburg.
