There is a house being built roughly 100m from the property, minor noise emissions during the week from 7-12 and 13-17 are possible. However the site is already well advanced.

You can walk to the lake side within 3 minutes and there will be a lot of activities near the lake such as fireworks 🎆 It is very convenient to get supermarket and train station. anyway you can find a place in tranquility and bustling.

Living right on Lake Constance | Apartment 1

You can't get any closer to the lake. Directly at the port of Altnau, we rent our residential units on a weekly or long-term basis. Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 1 is ideal for 2 guests.

Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
