Bergsboden vacation home

House with an in-house lake stop (3 minutes' walk), where the canoes (for 7-8 people) can be watered. 8-minute walk from the valley station of the 8-person gondola in the Flumserberg (ski resort) and from SBB Bahnhof Unterterzen. Wonderful terrace for grilling in the evening sun overlooking the lake and Churfirsten. On the other lake side of Lake Valensee, after 20 minutes of paddling with canoes, secluded wilderness on the Gasbach. Ideal for swimming, lying in the sun, roaring and jumping off the rocks!

Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

Seemomente Apartment directly on Lake Constance

This FW with a large garden and fantastic views is located directly on the lake shore and is available to our guests again after our own use. It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skater court as well as the possibility to SUP. Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

1.5 hrs from Zurich, a beautiful recently renovated single house chalet situated on the piste allowing you to ski-in/ski-out. Large open plan living space with fire and lanscaped garden. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fantastic location, stunning views. Walkable distance to a mountain lake where you can swim. 5 mins to horse riding and 5 mins to restaurants and the Klanghaus . Amazing location for both winter ski and summer walks. 5 mins from the famous Klangweg sound walk.

This studio in the middle of the agricultural zone has its own style. If you are looking for peace in nature, this is the place. Wake up with fantastic lake and mountain views, have a Nespresso coffee and then on to hikes, bike tours, cross-country skiing or skiing, meditation, yoga, swimming in the lake or as a pilgrim on the Way of St. James to Einsiedeln Monastery (Unesco World Heritage Site). The bed is 140 cm wide and is suitable for 1-2 people.

House at the Reed

Our accommodation is bordered by a nature reserve. Urban train and supermarket are reachable by foot in 15 minutes, in 17 minutes one can reach with the urban train Zürich City, and in about 30 minutes the airport Zurich. You have a beautiful view of the Greifensee, the surrounding reed belt and the mountains behind it. From the house you can observe birds as well as sometimes deer. It is rented to private persons only and not to companies.

Office and business apartment

In Altendorf SZ, near the train station, we offer a fully functional business apartment in a holiday-like development. The room with balcony is perfectly furnished for your daily business. A desk that can be moved upwards is ready for you to start your work directly. Wi-Fi and printer available. A small kitchen and a bathroom are included for your private use. And for a restful sleep, it has a sofa bed with a lake view.

Old farmhouse on Lake Zurich

This enchanting former farmhouse dates from 1814 and is located directly on Lake Zurich with only a few steps. To Zurich you have it max. 25 min by car or public transport. You can easily get to the other lake side by car ferry in Meilen. You can spend your vacation with me or seminar/ and conference days in a pleasant atmosphere. Also only for a short break you will find plenty of peace and quiet with me.
