The accommodation is suitable for year-round recreation for friendly families or a group of friends. There is a swimming pool and a beautiful sunny terrace. We have wifi, parking is right next to the house. In the garden you will find a covered seating area with a fireplace, barbecue, children's swings, slide, trampoline, bicycle shed. In summer, you can take both hiking and cycling trips around Czech Canada. The town of Slavonice is 7 km away.

The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

The enclosed garden includes a covered and spacious barn for sitting and barbecuing. The Hottube hot tub is a new addition. The Sud Hottube is available from September 15.- April 30. The one-time fee of EUR 10 is paid on site. The historic town of Telč is 15 km away. A small children's playground is available in the village.
