Chata přímo u rybníka s velkou zahradu pro velkou zábavu… koupání v rybníce, vyjížďky na loďce, odpočinek na molu, zahradní kuželky, kroket, petanque, badminton, síť pro nohejbal, stolní hry. Chata má velkou pergolu s grilem, možnost grilování přímo u vody. Na pozemku se nachází ještě jedna chatka, která slouží jako kůlna. Do této budovy není umožněn přístup. The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Workplace, Wi-Fi and terrace overlooking the leafy courtyard make the 55 m² apartment perfect for students. It is fully furnished with a nice bathroom, underfloor heating and a double bed, ideally usable for singles and couples. A crib and bicycles are available upon request. In the immediate vicinity of the Danube beach and forest, where there are many cycling and hiking trails. By car 15 min. to Krems, 40 min. by bus.

Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Our 16th century home was recently renovated with the aim of adding modern amenities while preserving historic features. The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.
